The Orientiri Lisi project will be exclusively managed by GREA.

An exclusive partnership agreement has been signed between the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) and GRG Development. Starting from October 2025, GREA will manage the commercial direction of GRG’s ongoing project — Orientiri Lisi.

GRG Development has been operating in the market since 2013 and is implementing large-scale infrastructure projects across the country, such as the construction of the Tskneti–Betania highway, the Batumi overpass, and others. The company owns asphalt and concrete production plants and road construction machinery equipped with the latest technologies.

Orientiri Lisi is a residential neighborhood designed for just 24 families, located only 300 meters from Lisi Lake and 500 meters from the central Leo Kvatchadze Street. The project is being developed by GRG Development.

The developer’s extensive experience ensures that future residents will receive land plots with high-quality infrastructure and fully installed utilities. The delivery conditions include a landscaped fence and gate (exactly matching the presented renders), electricity, gas, water, and central sewage connections extended to each plot, installed meters, street lighting, asphalted roads, and sidewalks.

The project’s infrastructure works have already begun and are scheduled to be completed by spring 2026.

“Together with the client, we developed the product and detailed proposal, created the sales and communication strategy, and today we are successfully managing the Orientiri Lisi project,” said GREA Director Nino Abesadze.
